This program is the exact formula that I use. So now you can eat and train just like me.
Each week there are a total of 4 new workouts inside the app (with rest days). You will have the option of home or gym workout routines. The exact formula and rotation change week to week.
My program is 4 total body workouts focusing on women’s biggest problem areas. Lean, sculpt tone the entire body. Get your cardio and weights in one workout! Most efficient workout, hitting all of your body parts in under 40 minutes!
Every week you will get an alert with this week’s meal plan and shopping list. My custom meal plans include 7 days of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snack options. My meal plans also include vegetarian options if you prefer.
I will send you daily motivation reminders, extra snack or meal recipe options, and my favorite workout routines as a bonus.
So, now that you understand everything that I include in my fitness app program, how does it differ from the rest?
My goal is to maximize your fitness results for both short term and long term. I want you to achieve the best and healthiest version of yourself and maintain it. So I am giving you the exact routines that I have followed for 12+ years. Some trainers may not share all of their secrets, but I do. There are no tricks up my sleeve. I tailored my programs for long term results, not just a quick fix.

I’m not going to promise you will drop 20 pounds in 7 days (which is neither healthy nor sustainable), but I can say that if you stick with it, you can achieve any results you desire and maintain them for life.
I know that starting something new isn’t easy. As a mom of 3 boys, finding the time can be a challenge. Being in the best shape I can be for my 3 energetic boys is essential. I wanted something that would put my routines in the hands of busy men and women to improve their fitness and overall lifestyle without consuming their lives.
