Protein Packed Tostadas

Want to try plant based recipes, but not sure where to start? These Protein packed tostadas are yummy and completely plant based.

I love using Longeve Brands Crumbles for making dishes I use to use ground Turkey or beef with. Now it’s so simple to swap it out and spice it up just like I would with meat!

Ingredients: Servings (6 tostadas)

1 6 oz bag of longeve brands crumbles
1 TBS of Smoked paprika
1/2 TBS of Cumin
Tajin Spice to taste 
Salt & Pepper to Taste 
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
Handful of chopped cilantro
1/2 cup of Shredded cheese of choice ( vegan or non-vegan)
6-8 Corn Tortillas
Avocado/ Olive oil spray

Directions:

1. Pour 2 1/2 cup hot water in bowl with Longeve Crumbles. Let sit 5 minutes to rehydrate 🙂 

2. Heat oven to 425 degrees, spray corn tortillas with oil spray front and back. ( You can also just purchase pre-made tostadas)

3. Cool for 3-5 minutes flipping in between

4. Add longeve brands crumbles to saucepan and add spices! Simmer

5. Sprinkle tostadas with cheese and bake for 1-2 minutes!

6. Add crumbles and extra cheese on top, bake 1 minutes!

7. Top with Fresh salsa, tomatoes, cilantro and lime! Enjoy!!
